Frequently asked questions

Tracking, coaching and training together, clearly explained.

Clear answers about the connected fitness journey, where AI helps, what stays optional and what nobo is building towards.

01What is nobo?

Nobo is a fitness app built around three promises: track your progress, train with intelligent guidance and find your people. It connects food, workouts, activity, progress and optional social accountability in one experience.

02What can I track in nobo?

You can keep meals, workouts and everyday activity together, then use trends, streaks and training history to see how the whole picture is changing over time.

03How does photo food logging work?

A meal image is used to create an initial calorie and macronutrient estimate. You can review and correct the food, portion and preparation details before keeping the entry.

04Are photo calorie estimates exact?

No. A photograph cannot reliably reveal every ingredient, cooking fat or exact portion weight. Nobo presents the result as a useful estimate, not a medical measurement.

05What does the AI coach do?

The AI coach helps you understand your own activity, charts and patterns. It can suggest a practical next step and help shape plans around your recent progress, while leaving you in control of what you follow.

06How do personal challenges work?

You can choose a daily, weekly or monthly target that fits your routine, then follow the streak, trend and context behind it. A challenge can stay personal or include friends and the wider community.

07What is Train Together?

Train Together helps you create a fitness session or find a workout buddy, so you can add company and accountability wherever you are without turning every part of the app public.

08Do I have to share my progress?

No. Your food, training and progress can remain personal. Sharing, friend challenges and Train Together are optional features for the moments when support from other people is useful.

09Can I discover fitness events in nobo?

Global fitness event discovery is part of the direction for nobo and is coming soon. Train Together sessions and workout-partner discovery are the current community focus.

10Does nobo provide medical advice?

No. Nobo provides general fitness and wellbeing information. Its estimates and AI-supported guidance are not diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice or a replacement for a qualified professional.

11Is nobo free?

Basic logging is free. Paid features add deeper AI-powered food and workout insights. Current prices and trial terms are shown in the app before you subscribe.

12Where can I download nobo?
