Report Illegal or Harmful Content

Anyone may report a specific item without creating a SocialGryd account. Use in-app reporting or email report@socialgryd.com with the content URL/identifier, explanation, relevant jurisdiction and contact information where appropriate. Sufficiently specific notices are assessed under applicable law.

For urgent danger, contact local emergency services (Singapore: 999 police, 995 emergency ambulance). We do not guarantee round-the-clock inbox coverage. Do not download or forward suspected child sexual abuse material; identify its location instead.

Prepare an email notice

This form opens your email app with a draft. You must send that email to submit the report; opening a draft is not a successful submission. You can also email us directly if no mail app is configured.

Review and appeals

We may seek clarification, remove/restrict content, leave it available or refer a matter to a competent authority. We provide outcomes/reasons where required and lawful. Reply or email support@socialgryd.com to challenge a decision. The Terms explain review and applicable external remedies. We may address repeated manifestly abusive notices subject to required safeguards. Information submitted is used to review and respond to the report under the Privacy Policy.
