Law Enforcement and Authority Requests

1. Contact and verification

Send requests to legal@socialgryd.com. Include authority identity and verifiable contact details, applicable legal power and jurisdiction, the specific accounts/records, date range, purpose, deadline, and relevant order or process. We independently assess authenticity, jurisdiction, necessity and scope and may request clarification or challenge an excessive or invalid request.

2. Disclosure and preservation

We disclose or preserve information only where legally required or permitted under applicable law. A request alone does not establish authority for disclosure, including overseas requests. Valid preservation duties may delay deletion of limited relevant records. We cannot provide data we do not hold and do not promise access to every message or historical record.

3. Urgent danger

Use the subject “Urgent threat to life” and explain the specific risk and information needed. This inbox is not guaranteed to be monitored continuously. Contact the appropriate emergency authority directly. We assess urgent disclosures under the applicable legal basis, including necessary life/safety exceptions where available.

4. Notice and rights

We notify affected users where legally appropriate and not prohibited or likely to jeopardise safety or an investigation. Users retain applicable privacy, complaint and court rights. See the Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards. No Estonian establishment, automatic foreign-law exemption or completed EU representative appointment is asserted.
