Moderation Complaints and External Remedies

Version 2.0 | Published: 7 September 2026

Beta policy update. Published 7 September 2026. Updated contractual terms apply to new registrations on express acceptance and to existing accounts from 8 October 2026 after notice and any required fresh acceptance. Existing rights are preserved. Corrected operator information and new safety/privacy controls apply as they are released; notices describe those controls and do not create consent by themselves. Read the complete update.

If you disagree with a content or account decision, reply to the notice or email support@socialgryd.com with the reference, reasons and relevant evidence. We review mistakes and provide the complaint protections required by applicable law. Do not send suspected child sexual abuse material.

Where the EU Digital Services Act applies and provides an out-of-court route, you may use a suitably certified dispute-settlement body. Check its current certification, scope, language and eligibility with the European Commission's official information. No particular body or fee schedule is guaranteed here. Our internal review does not remove access to competent courts, regulators or other mandatory remedies.

These are content-moderation routes. Privacy requests should go to legal@socialgryd.com; disputes about an independent organiser's activity should also be raised with that organiser. See the Terms.
