Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

Version 2.0 | Published: 7 September 2026

Beta policy update. Published 7 September 2026. Updated contractual terms apply to new registrations on express acceptance and to existing accounts from 8 October 2026 after notice and any required fresh acceptance. Existing rights are preserved. Corrected operator information and new safety/privacy controls apply as they are released; notices describe those controls and do not create consent by themselves. Read the complete update.

Send copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property complaints to legal@socialgryd.com. This is a contact channel, not proof of registration as a US DMCA designated agent. The former agent number and Estonian entity/address require independent verification and are not asserted in this notice.

1. What to include

Identify the rights holder and your authority, the protected work or right, the exact URL/content identifier, the alleged infringement and relevant jurisdiction, your contact details and a good-faith accuracy statement. Include any signature and statutory declarations required by the applicable notice regime. Do not send abusive or knowingly false notices.

2. Review and response

We assess reasonably specific notices, may remove/restrict material and notify affected users, and provide applicable appeal or counter-notice information. A valid US DMCA counter-notification, where that regime applies, has statutory identity, signature, good-faith and court-jurisdiction requirements; contact us for the relevant process. Restoration and disclosure follow the applicable legal requirements rather than a promise to restore all reported content.

3. Repeat infringement and other rights

Repeated or serious infringement may result in account termination under the Terms. We consider lawful permission, fair use/fair dealing and other mandatory exceptions. For trademark, privacy, image or other rights, explain the basis and context so the proper process can be applied. Personal information in a notice may be disclosed where necessary to assess or contest a claim, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
